We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who combines strong engineering skills with an AI mindset, can take ownership of technical solutions and enjoys working on international projects.
About the Role
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will work on international projects where you can have a direct impact on the technology and the way products are built.
Our current project pipeline includes large scale enterprise migrations, migrations from Webflow to Next.js and Vercel, greenfield digital products and long term maintenance of existing applications.
Depending on the project, you may work on:

Large scale migrations of enterprise websites and platforms.

Migration from Webflow to Next.js and Vercel.

Development of new digital products from scratch.

Headless CMS implementations using technologies such as Sanity or Hygraph.

Building and maintaining production applications.

Frontend architecture and performance.
-
Backend development and API integrations.
-
Cloud infrastructure and deployment.
-
Long term product development and maintenance.
You will work directly with international clients and collaborate with our developers and technical leads. The role offers a high level of ownership and the opportunity to influence technical decisions.
What You Will Do

Design and develop production web applications using React, Next.js and TypeScript.

Take ownership of features and technical areas.

Participate in architecture and system design.

Lead technical decisions within your area of responsibility.

Work on migrations from existing technologies to modern web architectures.

Build and maintain integrations and APIs.

Work with headless CMS platforms.

Work with Vercel and cloud infrastructure.

Use AI tools as part of your everyday development workflow.

Improve application performance, reliability and maintainability.

Review code and provide technical feedback.

Support and mentor other developers.

Investigate complex technical problems and propose solutions.

Work directly with international clients on technical requirements and solutions.

Contribute to technical estimates and project planning when needed.
What We're Looking For

5+ years of professional software development experience.

Strong experience with React.

Strong experience with Next.js.

Strong knowledge of TypeScript.

Solid experience with Node.js and backend development.

Good understanding of modern web application architecture.

Experience building and maintaining production applications.

Experience with APIs and integrations.

Experience working with cloud platforms and modern deployment workflows.

Ability to take ownership of technical solutions.

Experience participating in architecture and technical decision making.

Ability to communicate technical topics clearly in English.

Experience working with international clients is strongly preferred.
AI Mindset
You don't need to be an AI engineer, but we expect you to be comfortable with AI assisted development and interested in how AI can change the way software is built.

Experience using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot or similar in your development workflow.

Understanding of where AI can genuinely improve software development.

Willingness to experiment with new AI tools and development approaches.
