Full Stack Developer (Node.JS + TS) Part-Time

As trusted development partners, we take full ownership of the projects and continuously optimize apps, stores, websites, and implement new features, or automate workflows.

We’re looking for a strong mid-level Full Stack Developer with a heavy emphasis on back-end development for a part-time project (80h per month)

• Solid experience with TypeScript and Node.js (especially NestJS, Hono, or Koa)

• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, CI/CD workflows, and microservice architecture

• Familiarity with Cloudflare

• Bonus: experience with Next.js and React

• Very good English (working with a US-based client)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to self-onboard and work independently — you’ll need to dive into a complex codebase and make sense of it

• Experience working with legacy systems (code written by multiple devs over time)

• Capability to document architecture and dependencies clearly for others

• A problem solver mindset who doesn’t wait to be told what to do

• Work on both new roadmap features and legacy code maintenance

• Understand and refactor a large, evolving back-end system

• Become the go-to person for back-end structure and improvements

What’s the Commitment?

• 3–4 hours of work per day

• Flexible hours, but with partial overlap for internal syncs

• Available for short stand-up calls twice a week at 3 PM CEST
