We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to establish Outreach processes, drive our growth strategy, and acquire new clients while collaborating closely with the Sales and Marketing teams.

Our requirements
- Experience in the Services Industry or SaaS with an IT Focus – prior experience with companies in our industry is essential. A background with similar consulting firms will be a significant plus.
- Outreach know-how – although we want you to be constantly learning and improving yourself, at the start of your journey in Blazity, you must have a very good understanding of processes and tools used in Outbound campaigns.
- Proven track record of researching, contacting, and acquiring new leads with a multichannel approach – you need to be able to individually approach a potential client while using multiple sources and tools and have arguments that prove your records.
- Engagement, Proactivity, Creativity – someone who proposes new ideas, takes initiative, and thinks outside the box to find innovative solutions.
- Flexibility – as a lot of our clients are from a different timezone than ours, you need to be able to adjust your working hours to accommodate the lead’s availability.
- Strong Work Ethic – someone motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing their time effectively.
- Business Development Experience in the US Market – familiarity with US business practices and a track record of successful client acquisition in this market are highly desirable.
- Perfect written and spoken English – as our portfolio is primarily English-speaking, you need to be able to use it effortlessly.
Scope of responsibilities
- Identifying potential leads and researching their buying potential while keeping in mind our ICP and USP.
- Contacting them via multichannel campaigns, monitoring the results, and improving your approach based on feedback.
- Using our existing marketing initiatives to boost your lead generation and brainstorming with the rest of the Marketing Team on the new ones
- Suggesting improvements for the existing Sales processes and usage of 3rd party tools based on market research and lead generation results.
- Depending on the seniority, after a certain period of achieving great results while the company is scaling up, you’d have an opportunity to build your team.
