In this role, you’ll work closely with one of the co-founders in a flat organizational structure, offering a unique opportunity to accelerate your career. We’re seeking a candidate eager to grow alongside the company, embodying a proactive, client-focused mindset.

We’re looking for an Account Manager with at least 3 years of commercial experience in a similar role within an IT services or consulting company.

Our requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT services or consulting

  • Experience in working with senior stakeholders (VP, C-level), especially in international markets (USA, Europe)

  • Fluent English (C1 or higher)

  • Solid understanding of web development concepts, particularly Next.js and React (websites, web & mobile apps)

  • Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving and opportunity-driven mindset

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—verbal and via video conferencing tools

  • Adaptability to different client and team dynamics

  • Experience with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot)

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, and other relevant tools

  • Flexibility to work across time zones (EMEA & Americas)

  • Experience working with startups and/or enterprise clients

Scope of responsibilities

Client Relationship Management
You’ll be responsible for managing relationships with selected accounts from our current client portfolio.
Your goals:

  • Deepen client relationships

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

  • Cooperate with Project Managers to ensure long-term project success

  • Work on case studies and gather client referrals

New Business Development
Supported by our marketing team, you will nurture leads and actively seek new business opportunities.
This includes both digital outreach and direct engagement—networking, attending industry events, and building relationships with key market players (your personal network is a big plus).
Your goal:

  • Acquisition of new clients

Process Building
You’ll help develop and optimize sales and account management processes at Blazity.

Marketing Support
When not managing accounts or closing deals, you’ll support our presales and marketing initiatives in various capacities.
