We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Growth Team as a Sales Development professional! You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, and the sales team to drive our growth strategy and acquire new clients.

• Engagement and Proactivity – someone who proposes new ideas, takes initiative, and is committed to the company’s growth.
• Creativity – someone who thinks outside the box and finds innovative solutions.
• Strong Work Ethic – someone motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing their time effectively.
• Experience in the Service-Based Industry or SaaS with an IT Focus – prior experience with companies in our industry is essential. A background with similar consulting firms will be a significant plus.
• Business Development Experience on the US Market – familiarity with US business practices and a track record of successful client acquisition in this market are highly desirable.
• English Proficiency – fluent in both written and spoken English.

• Working as a key part of the Growth Team, brainstorming with the team on how to generate leads and drive traffic to the website.
• Automating outreach processes on LinkedIn and other channels (e.g., email).
• Identifying potential leads and proactively reaching out to them.
• Generating leads based on planned campaigns, conducting initial conversations, and qualifying prospects.
