Objective:
Support the Marketing team to improve, automate, and optimise key marketing operations processes, with a focus on HubSpot automation, reporting, and cross-team collaboration.
Scope of Work / Deliverables:
1. HubSpot Automation
- Review and optimise existing HubSpot workflows for sales-led buying journeys.
- Support the design and own build of new automation workflows for product-led buying journeys.
- Usage-based workflows for Portal
- Product-based workflows for Portal
- User-based workflows
- Ensure lead scoring, segmentation, and source tracking are correctly implemented.
- Ensure hard bounces are minimised in workflows (currently in bad HubSpot health!) - in progress
2. Reporting & Analytics
- Audit existing HubSpot reporting setup and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with Finance and FP&A to support marketing ROI reporting, including HockeyStack (training can be provided).
- Set up dashboards and regular reports on funnel performance and channel attribution.
- Update monthly spend in the budget sheet.
3. Systems Integration
- Review and improve integrations between HubSpot and key systems including Salesforce, SalesLoft, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Zapier, etc. Identify new tools for automated workflows, e.g. N8N, Zapier, Chat-GPT.
- Ensure consistent data flow and source tracking for marketing and sales.
4. Process Improvement
- Work with Sales and Marketing teams to refine lead routing, e.g. based on territories, buying journey stage, lead quality/type.
- Identify and document opportunities to streamline existing marketing ops processes.
5. Project Management & Collaboration
- Manage key marketing ops projects to ensure on-time delivery.
- Work closely with the Developer Experience (DevX) team on email nurture campaigns linked to the portal.
- Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders.
Expected Outcomes
Automated HubSpot workflows optimised for both sales-led and product-led journeys.
Reporting structure in place to track funnel performance and ROI, with HockeyStack support as needed.
Improved data integrations and lead routing processes.
Clear documentation of workflows and processes for handover.
Salary ranges:
B2B 47 PLN/h - 70 PLN/h net
Full-time/part-time:
part-time 0,5 - 0,75 FTE
