About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, self-driven Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to independently develop and close business opportunities, primarily on the US market. This is a senior individual contributor role with full ownership of the sales process — from relationship building and opportunity shaping to closing complex, high-value deals.

You will leverage your deep understanding of the US market, your existing professional network, and your experience selling complex IT and consulting services (custom software, implementation, digital platforms) to enterprise-level clients. You’ll work autonomously, while closely collaborating with our delivery and leadership teams to ensure long-term client success.

This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who enjoys independence, responsibility, and acting as a strategic partner to C-level stakeholders.

Our requirements

  • About 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or consulting, with a strong focus on selling complex IT / software development services

  • Proven experience selling services similar in nature to custom software development, digital platforms, or IT consulting (Blazity-like offerings are a strong plus, but not required)

  • Hands-on experience selling on the US market, including a deep understanding of US sales culture and decision-making processes

  • Ability to demonstrate and actively leverage an existing network of C-level and senior decision-makers in potential client organizations

  • Strong track record of independently generating pipeline and closing large, complex enterprise deals

  • High level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability for results

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Fluent English and willingness to travel as needed

  • Preference for an individual contributor role (no people management responsibilities)

Scope of responsibilities

  • Independently generate new business opportunities and manage the full sales pipeline

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise clients, primarily in the USA

  • Identify client needs, shape solutions together with internal teams, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals

  • Act as a trusted commercial partner for clients throughout the sales cycle

  • Represent Blazity at client meetings, conferences, and industry networking events

  • Support company growth initiatives, including open-source and thought-leadership efforts where relevant

Salary ranges

  • Open for negotiation based on experience and proven results
  • High commission potential on top of base B2B agreement
