We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team at Blazity. We’re seeking someone proactive, open-minded, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. You’ll bring a solid understanding of the IT market in Poland and the ability to adapt to change as we grow and evolve together. Our requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter in an agency or software house within the Polish market.
  • Proven successful experience in closing tech vacancies.
  • A basic ability to differentiate between technologies, including programming languages, frameworks, databases, etc. You don’t need to be a developer, but you should be able to identify and understand the key differences between technologies.
  • Strong ability to assess candidates and make decisions based on interview outcomes.
  • Proactive attitude - we value your effort and treat each other as business partners.
  • Fluency in English (at least C1 level) – we work with clients from the USA, so clear and fluent communication is key.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively – this is important in the dynamic environment of Blazity.
  • Adaptability – you should thrive in our fast-paced, ever-changing environment and adjust to shifting priorities and needs.
  • Tech-savviness – comfortable working with recruitment tools, especially ATS, and sourcing candidates via platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Openness to feedback and strong communication skills – this will certainly streamline workflows and communication within the company.

Scope of responsibilities

  • Leading end-to-end recruitment processes for various IT roles, from initial candidate sourcing to final hiring.
  • Collaborating closely with Hiring Managers, team leads, and developers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and optimize the recruitment process.
  • Proactively sourcing and engaging with potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Organizing and maintaining candidate records within the ATS to ensure up-to-date, accurate information.
  • Creating and posting engaging job advertisements to attract top talent in the competitive IT job market.
  • Conducting direct search, building relationships with passive candidates.
  • Managing candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Continuously analyzing and optimizing recruitment processes to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance the quality of hires.
  • Reporting on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience, to provide insights and drive improvements.

Salary ranges

B2B/UZ: 7 000 - 9 000 PLN + bonus
